2. Pre-final and final year students of B.E. / B.Tech are eligible.
3. Integrated M.Tech candidates at any stage can apply.
4. First and second year M.E. / M.Tech students are also eligible under the scheme.
5. Applicants pursuing MS Research, M.Sc. in Engineering, dual-degree programs (B.Tech + M.Tech) or other four-year engineering degrees may apply.
6. A minimum academic requirement of 7.0 CGPA or 65% marks in the previous examination is necessary.

8. Each student can avail of the grant only once during the entire course of study.

What Financial Support Is Provided?

The financial assistance under the scheme is designed to cover important expense categories for students attending international scientific platforms:

The support covers registration fees fully, along with visa costs and travel insurance up to rs 5,000. Eligible candidates can also receive half of their airfare cost provided they use discounted or concessional tickets that are not reimbursed through other sources. If traveling by rail to the airport, actual fare up to AC II-Tier class is admissible. The total ceiling for all reimbursements combined is set at rs 1,00,000 per student.

2. Passport-size photograph of the student.
3. Official Letter of Acceptance from the conference organizer.
4. Abstract or full text of the research paper being presented.
5. A short written statement highlighting the research significance and expected outcomes of attending the event.
6. Scanned student certificate and endorsement letter from the Head of Institution.
